Mrs. Nuessen and Ms. Moore's classes were delighted to return to Amelia Earhart last month to help Mrs. Baldwin's 3rd grade class make ornaments for the holiday season! With glue, paint, glitter and laughter we continued to build relationships and mentorship skills. There may have been a few cookies involved as well.
Our leadership team helped the school celebrate our last Wednesday of 2024 together by cooking breakfast for all our students and staff on the preceding Tuesday afternoon.
Filling Mr. Vang's new room with the delicious smell of eggs and chopped vegetables, they practiced teamwork, planning, and not burning bacon. We also discovered creativity when supplies weren't all that we expected to have. There were not too many cooks in this kitchen, though there may have been some bacon eaten before breakfast was served.
In the end, a bountiful breakfast was ready and happily shared. We celebrated all that we've accomplished so far and all that is coming up next!
Every month ACA and GVS partners with Capturing Kids Hearts to celebrate certain character traits noticed throughout the year. In December, the theme was Responsibility.
These are only a fraction of our amazing students who shine everyday. They show what it is to take action and take ownership of their actions and make the world a better place.

As the school year reaches it's halfway point, more and more seniors are graduating at Goddard Academy and Goddard Virtual School. Many of our recent graduates are looking to work in various medical fields in the future.
From physical to mental health, humans and animals, Goddard Academy and Goddard Virtual School are not only where dreams are formed, but also where dreams are pushed toward their next step. We are proud of our graduates and the opportunities that await all of them!
Go Lions, Tigers, and, most importantly, Lynx!
